The incident occurred on Sunday evening in Shivakala–Lusokho village, with the deceased identified as Joshua Wafula Furaha and the suspect as Davis Wanyonyi Furaha, according to family members.
While delivering the judgment, Senior Principal Magistrate Raymond Lang’at ruled that the prosecution had proven its case against Benson Kitui Siyoi beyond any reasonable doubt.
