Friday marks the 24th anniversary of the day when former cabinet ministers Charles Rubia, Kenneth Matiba, Raila Odinga and three human rights lawyers were arrested for daring to call a public rally on July 7, 1990 to press for multi party democracy. Despite their arrests and a bloody crackdown, the rally went on. But what do some of the original Saba Saba organizers think of Monday’s planned rally? Willis Raburu spoke to some of them.
