RECIPE: How to make moist and delicious marble cake

INGREDIENTS   

201 GMS Butter

210 GMS Castor Sugar

4 Eggs

270 GMS Flour

5GMS Baking Powder

5 MLVanilla Essence

50 ML Milk

 

METHOD                    

Beat the butter and sugar together until white and creamy

Slowy add the eggs ne y one until it is mixed completely

Add the Vanilla Essence

Fold in the flour and baking powder to the mix

Lastly pour in the hot milk

Place in baking tray in a pre-heated oven at 150c for 60mins
