The Linda Mwananchi Movement has proposed a new national leadership structure that will be headed by one party leader and four deputies as it moves to consolidate its political operations ahead of the 2027 General Election.

Under the proposed structure, Vihiga Senator Godfrey Osotsi will serve as party chairperson, deputised by former Makadara MP Reuben Ndolo.

Suba South MP Caroli Omondi has been proposed for the position of Secretary General, while Kisii Senator Richard Onyonka will serve as the party's treasurer.

The movement has also proposed Nairobi lawyer and former Law Society of Kenya President Faith Odhiambo as one of the Deputy Party Leaders, alongside Mavoko MP Patrick Makau.

Former Meru Governor Kawira Mwangaza is also expected to join the movement after leaving her current party to take up a leadership position.

One of the four Deputy Party Leader positions and a deputy chairperson position have been reserved for representatives from the Coast region.

In the campaign structure, Trans Nzoia Governor George Natembeya will head the presidential campaign, deputised by Faith Odhiambo.

The proposed leadership changes come as the movement establishes its national headquarters in Lavington, Nairobi, and builds structures ahead of the 2027 General Election.
