Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) continued their strong form in the Kenya Volleyball Federation Men's National League, securing a comfortable 3-0 victory over NYS (25-11, 25-20, 25-21) at Kasarani Indoor Arena on matchday 4 of the third leg.

The Portsmen controlled proceedings from start to finish, showcasing dominant serving, tight blocking, and efficient attacking to overwhelm their opponents in straight sets.

Captain Dennis Omollo was pleased with the clinical performance and the team's ability to deliver the expected result.

"The game was not as tough as we expected, but we are glad we got the points we expected," Omollo said.

"I think we are still number one in the table and we are hoping for the best in the upcoming games."

KPA's victory reinforces their position at the summit of the standings, with the team looking increasingly comfortable as favourites to finish the league phase at the top and secure a favourable playoff seeding.

In earlier action on the same day at Kasarani Indoor Arena, Eldoret Water produced a thrilling comeback to edge Kenya Army 3-2 (25-17, 23-25, 23-25, 25-23, 15-9) in a nail-biting five-set encounter.

Chema extended their winning streak with a 3-1 win over Kenya Airport Police Unit (KAPU), dominating the first set 25-17, dropping a close second 29-31, then rebounding strongly to take the next two sets 25-20 and 25-15.
