Ex-Machakos Senator Johnson Muthama vows to lead anti-BBI rallies

Former Machakos senator Johnson Muthama has vowed to reject proposed constitutional reforms through the BBI report.

He spoke at His Mua home when meeting delegates and political aspirants, vowing to lead troops in rejecting the BBI.

The vocal politician claimed the BBI campaign is only aimed at creating leadership positions for few top leaders instead of empowering the common Mwananchi.

He pleaded with Kenyans to reject any attempt by their leaders to create positions for themselves through the report.

The controversial senator tuned-DP Ruto- ally told the delegation that ODM leader Raila Odinga cannot defeat the DP in any contest.

His sentiments were echoed by Machakos Town MP Victor Munyaka who said that the BBI is not a priority for the time being, saying efforts should focus on economic revival.
