Caroline Mutoko wondered why matatus were on the Expressway and KOT descended on her

Prominent media personality and social influencer Caroline Mutoko is on the receiving end of the rage of Kenyans on Twitter (KOT), again.

This time, over a comment she made about matatus using the newly-built Nairobi Expressway that rubbed many the wrong way.

The drama began when Mutoko took to the Citizen TV Twitter handle to comment on a video of an accident at the Expressway toll station at Mlolongo, where several passengers were injured and rushed to hospital after a 32-seater matatu lost control.

The radio legend wondered; “Wait…we now have matatus on the expressway? Courting trouble…”

Netizens tore apart the media bigwig for what they termed as intimating that the Expressway was only built for relatively wealthy people.
