FKF Premier League side Bandari FC are expected to unveil nine new signings later on Wednesday as they seek to beef up their squad in contention for their maiden league title this season.

According to the club’s management, they will announce the new arrivals in the afternoon after a friendly match against Jomvu Combined at the Mbaraki Grounds base in Mombasa.

Among the names set to be unleashed are former KCB and Harambee Stars goalkeeper Bryne Omondi, who was among the players who left the Bankers in the ongoing transfer window.

Others are strikers Mohammed Barisa of Nzoia Sugar and Francis Kahiro of KCB, and Rashid Abdalla Super Cup’s Most Valuable Player Hamisi Hassan-who has been training with the team since last year December.

The Dockers are also set to promote some of their youth team players in their bid to fill the void left by the injured players in the John Baraza led side.

Bandari are currently fourth on the league standings with 30 points from 18 matches, 10 points behind leaders Gor Mahia.
