3-year-old dies after eating remains of burnt snake in Kitui
The body has been moved to Mwingi Level IV Hospital mortuary.

A 3-year-old has died after allegedly consuming the remains of a green mamba snake in Kavuvwani B village, Kavuvwani location, Kitui County.
A police report on Saturday said the snake had been killed and burnt by the minor's grandfather Salim Mwendwa within their house compound.
The minor is then said to have consumed the snake's remains while under the care of the grandmother Margret Nzangi Mwendwa
Salim rushed to report the incident at Mwingi Police station which prompted officers to visit the homestead and documented the scene.
The body has been moved to Mwingi Level IV Hospital mortuary awaiting postmortem.
