Deputy President William Ruto has vowed to settle the debts
promised by the ruling Jubilee Party government if he ascends to power in the
2022 General Elections.
DP Ruto was speaking to residents of Kitutu Chache South in Kisii
County on Wednesday where he pitched camp for his hustler movement campaigns.
The DP vowed that his government would prioritize settling promises
made by the Jubilee party in 2013 and 2017 in their Big Four Agenda but that
were unfulfilled.
deni niko tayari kuilipa.”
The United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party boss went ahead to
blame his rival ODM leader Raila Odinga saying the Big Four Agenda crumbled following
his interference in Jubilee party affairs.
walikuja wakatuambia Big Four si priority…wakatuambia ati kwanza twende
tubadishe katiba, pia wakatuletea reggae mingi," said Ruto.
The DP further explained how he would incorporate the Big Four in
his bottom-up economic model to ensure that the said promise is fulfilled.
“Mwaka ujao priority number one, tutaweka pesa billion mia moja kwa mambo ya housing,
agro-processing, value addition and manufacturing vile tulikuwa tumepanga kwa ndani ya Big
Four ili tuweze kupanga ajira ya
hawa vijana wetu wa Kenya,” Ruto explained.
Ruto's Kisii County tour saw him traverse Tambacha

Nyamache Green stadium and Itibo market.
