Why Stefflon Don is still single after breaking up with Burna Boy

Jamaican-British rapper Stefflon Don has confirmed breaking up with Nigerian singer Burna Boy over a year ago.

Speaking during a recent interview with a New-York based radio station, Stefflon said their fans were unaware of the development in the relationship since they chose to keep it under wraps.

“We have actually broken up for a year now. People don’t know that,” she said.

The ’96 Shots’ hitmaker went on to reveal that, since then, she has not dated anyone else.

“I haven’t dated since, like no one. I never even be out on a date,” she stated.

“I have a problem, I am just a lover, I just like love love… and I don't know how to like go out with a guy without thinking I am going to marry you… I feel like I'll be wasting my time.”

She also stated that she would not like to date any other person in the music industry following her experience in the relationship with Burn Boy.

Burna Boy had previously confirmed their break up in May this year, through a hit song titled “Last Last.”
