The regular-season leaders capped off an incredible campaign by coming from a set down to defeat a resilient Bunge Volleyball 31 in a thrilling playoff final.

‎‎Despite a shaky start, Simlaw showed the composure of true champions, bouncing back from losing the opening set 18-25 to claim three straight sets (25-22, 25-23, 25-21) and secure the Division Two silverware.

‎‎The victory acts as a perfect exclamation mark on an impressive season for Simlaw, who had already finished top of the regular-season standings before safely navigating their way through the high-stakes playoffs to lift the championship.

‎‎While Bunge Volleyball initially looked poised to upset the league leaders after dominating the first set, Simlaw’s tactical adjustments and clinical execution in the subsequent sets ultimately proved too hot for the parliamentarians to handle.

‎‎While Simlaw walk away with the bragging rights and the championship trophy, it is a win-win situation for both finalists.

By virtue of reaching the finals, both teams had already guaranteed their progression to the next tier of Kenyan volleyball. Both squads have now officially secured their promotion slots in the elite KVF Division 1 National League.

‎‎Simlaw will enter the top flight as the divisions number one seed, closely followed by Bunge as number two, setting up what promises to be an exciting rivalry next season.

‎‎Earlier in the day, The Beast Volleyball capped off an impressive KVF Division 2 Playoffs campaign by securing 3rd place with a commanding 31 victory over Kenya Airforce KAF. (25-21,18-25,25-16,30-28).
