Two suspects in custody over theft of motorbike in Kakamega

Two suspects are being held by police officers in Kakamega after they were found in possession of a stolen motorbike.
Officers from Kakamega and Mudete police stations arrested the two following an operation in Mudete area.
“During the operation, officers successfully recovered the stolen motorcycle—a red Boxer (registration number KMFQ 735P) which had been hidden in a rental house near Mudete Centre,” police said.
The motorcycle was positively identified by its rightful owner. The two suspects were arrested and the recovered motorcycle taken to Kakamega Police Station.
Investigations are ongoing.
