Songstress Dela and hubby Dr. Reign announce pregnancy

Kenyan musician Dela Maraga and her Paediatrician husband took to Instagram on Saturday to announce their first pregnancy, much to the delight of  their fans. 

The songstress captioned a photo of her rotund baby bump: “Being pregnant means every day is another day closer to meeting the other love of my life @drreign, I am so in love with the man you are and the dad you are going to be.”

Her man on the other hand could barely hide his excitement at the prospect of being a dad, captioning a photo on Instagram:

“My Queen @delathedelz thank you for making me the real #NuBaba. I have no tacky captions, I am so excited for this new journey together! Time to test my Paediatrics for real,” 

The couple announced their surprise wedding two years ago, with the "Nimecatch mafeelings" hitmaker saying they opted for a simple civil wedding at the Attorney General chambers. 

They said at the time, that they were keen on avoiding the drama that comes with big weddings, particularly the astronomical costs.

“Yes I am finally married to Dr.Reign after our private wedding at Sheria House.” adding, "I think normal weddings have a lot of drama and spending for nothing. We did not want our friends to spend so much because of our day.” Dela said.
