Shikangwa targets Tanzania’s golden boot after four-goal haul

The evergreen sharpshooter has notched 12 goals after ten rounds so far and has set a target of 20 plus goals as she aims to emerge the top scorer again.
Shikangwa, 22, won the golden boot in her first season with the Tanzanian giants in 2022/2023 season after notching 17 goals in 12 matches.
The 11-0 win saw the reigning champions cement their position at the summit of the league table with 28 points after ten matches, boasting nine wins and one draw.
Providing two assists was an icing on the cake for
the former Vihiga Queens striker following the outstanding performance.
Shikangwa re-joined Simba Queens from Chinese side Beijing Professional FC after her six-month contract with the club expired.
Meanwhile, Harambee Starlets captain Ruth Ingosi also made a significant contribution to Simba Queens’ dominant victory, scoring a goal and providing a hat trick of assists.
