A Nairobi court has issued temporary orders barring singer Miss P from continuing to defame Willy Paul.

Miss P had previously, in a video posted on YouTube, accused Willy Paul of sexually assaulting her while she was signed under his label, Saldido Records.

Willy Paul then moved to the court accusing Miss P of defaming him, prompting the temporary orders now issued.

Magistrate H.M Nyaga, in court papers posted by Willy Paul, stated:

“An order is granted compelling the first defendant/respondent herein either by themselves, their servants’ agents, assigns or any other person spreading the video or circulating the same be restrained by an order of the court from defaming, spreading and continuing to defame the plaintiff/applicant the inter partes hearing of this application.”

In addition, Presenter Ali who conducted the interview, was directed to pull down the video from his YouTube channel.

“An injunction order is granted compelling second defendant/ respondent’s to pull down the video posted on his YouTube channel titled “Willy Paul forced me to have sex with him – Miss P opens up on why she left Saldido.”

The ‘baby shower’ songstress, in the said video, had alleged that Willy Paul was too controlling during her time under his employ, further terming him as narcissistic.

“He forced me to have sex with him. Not once, not twice. I had to tell my mum because I had to seek medical attention,” she said in the interview.
