The court heard that on March 5 at the Chaka trading centre, he was found in possession of 110 sachets of Heroine with street value of ksh 400,000.

He faced a second and third count of being in possession of five grams of bhang with a street value of Ksh.500 and rizla wrappers used in rolling bhang

The accused denied all the counts before Munguongo who ordered that he be released on a bond of Ksh.500,000 and surety of the same amount until March 19 when his case will come for pre trial.
