Man lynched, body burned over theft of fencing posts in Machakos

A man was on Wednesday
morning beaten to death and his body was set on fire by locals in Kamuu village
in Yatta, Machakos County over theft of metallic fencing posts.
Locals claim he has
been stealing the posts for some time now and selling them as scrap metal.
The man was reportedly
caught stealing when the angry locals beat him.
His body was taken
away by officers from Matuu police station.
