‘Kuna mtu atalala Mochari’: Woman arraigned for threatening to kill husband
Anne Waithera was arraigned before a Kibera law court on Thursday for threatening to kill her husband Christopher Muturi in August.

A
woman was on Thursday arraigned before a Kibera law court and charged with threatening
to kill.
According
to the charge sheet, Anne Waithera, on August 31 this year, within Dagoretti
sub-county uttered: "Kuna mtu atalala Mochari..... lazima Muturi akufe."
The
charge sheet noted that there was no lawful excuse to utter the words which
were construed to be a threat to kill.
It
is alleged that she was threatening to kill her husband Christopher Muturi.
She
pleaded not guilty and was released on a cash bail of Ksh.30,000.
