Kibera Black Stars head coach Iddi Badi has challenged his players to end the National Super League season on a high when they face Nzoia Sugar in their final league fixture on Sunday.

‎Speaking ahead of the encounter, Badi said his team is determined to secure all three points as they seek to conclude the campaign positively and build momentum for the next season.

‎Speaking to Citizen Digital ahead of the tie, the tactician noted that a victory against Nzoia Sugar would not only boost the players' confidence but also provide a strong foundation as the club begins preparations for the upcoming campaign.

‎"We are prepared for the match and we aim to finish strong because a good finishing is the foundation of a strong start to the new season. We also have a good record playing away, so we are ready." He said.

‎Kibera Black Stars head into the match sitting ninth on the NSL table with 53 points after a mixed season that saw them register several impressive performances. Their opponents, Nzoia Sugar, are placed 11th with 47 points and will also be looking to finish the season with a positive result.

‎Badi expressed confidence in his squad, saying the players understand the importance of ending the season on a winning note. He added that a good performance would reward the club's supporters and demonstrate the team's progress throughout the campaign.

‎The match will be played at Sudi Stadium in Bungoma County on Sunday, with kick-off scheduled for 3:00 p.m. Both sides will be aiming to collect maximum points as they bring their 2025/26 National Super League season to a close
