The 19-year-old winger was unveiled on April 19, 2026, following delays caused by administrative paperwork, bringing to an end a week of uncertainty surrounding the transfer.
Osama has signed a two-year contract with the Swedish outfit, which continues to position itself as a gateway for emerging Kenyan talent into European football.
He joins Enköpings SK from Murang’a Seal FC, where he quickly rose to prominence during the 2025/2026 FKF Premier League campaign. Regarded as one of the club’s standout performers, the young attacker scored three goals and played a key role in the team’s impressive climb up the league standings.
Primarily operating as a right winger or forward, Osama built his reputation on explosive pace, sharp technical ability, and fearlessness in one-on-one situations. His direct style and willingness to take on defenders made him a constant attacking threat, earning him the “prodigy” tag during his short stint at Murang’a Seal.
Before his breakthrough in the top flight, Osama joined Murang’a Seal at the start of the season from Mombasa United, showcasing rapid development that has now culminated in a move abroad.
In Sweden, he will link up with fellow Kenyan youngster Andreas Odhiambo Omondi, who joined Enköpings earlier this year. The pair form part of a growing Kenyan presence at the club, which is increasingly becoming a stepping stone for young prospects seeking European exposure.
Enköpings SK also boasts a notable history with Kenyan players, having previously nurtured talents such as McDonald Mariga and Jamal Mohammed, both of whom went on to enjoy successful international careers.
