Police FC delivered a dominant performance against Sofapaka, securing an impressive 4-0 victory in Football Kenya Federation (FKF) Cup match today at the Dandora Stadium.

The goals came thick and fast for Police FC, with David Okoth opening the scoring in the 24th minute with a hard low drive giving the keeper no chance.

Sofapaka went all out to try and grab an equalizer but the teams went into the breather with Police side still on the lead.

Samuel Onyango further extended the administrators lead in the second half with a goals in the 53rd minute.

In the 69th minute Onyango got his second of the match adding to Sofapaka’s lead to make the match 3-0.

In the dying minutes of the match, Marvin Nabwire put the icing on the cake with a goal in the 92nd minute with Clinton Kinanga the provider, sealing a comprehensive victory for Police. 

Meanwhile, in the first quarter final match, KCB Football Club emerged triumphant in a hard-fought battle against Kakamega Homeboyz, securing a 1-0 victory to advance to the semi-finals of the tournament.

The decisive moment came in the 59th minute when Danson Namasaka found the back of the net, sending KCB fans into a frenzy and sealing their spot in the semi-finals.

Police will now square off against KCB in the first semi-final, while the winner between SS Assad and Kariobangi Sharks will meet the victor between AFC Leopards and Compel FC in the second semi-final.
