‘Jehovah Wanyonyi’ confirmed dead despite denials

Michael Mumboi alias Jehovah Wanyonyi is dead. This is according to medical reports at Cheranganyi Nursing Home.

Speaking to Citizen Digital, Jacob Burudi – the hospital’s Morgue attendant, said Michael Mumboi died on the 18^th of July 2015 and his body taken by a group of five relatives on the 19^th. 

Burudi, who could not divulge further due to hospital regulations, added that the deceased was confirmed to be Jehovah Wanyonyi by his area chief, Daniel Busienei, who came to the hospital in person.

He said that people at the hospital were shocked and watched as the body was taken away by the family for burial.

Busienei confirmed the reports and said Mumboi’s sons came to his office on the 19^th  of July and were given a permit of burial by his deputy Paul Kipkorir, collaborating the Burudi’s facts that he indeed died.

This comes despite denials by by his family who still insist that the 83 year old father and spiritual leader is still alive.
