Kenyan singer Miss P now says she has severed her working relationship with comedian Eric Omondi after he went completely silent on her.

Miss P, who was in talks with comedian Omondi’s Big Tyme Entertainment to make their professional relationship official, said after their ‘Baby shower’ music event, the comedian went silent.

According to her, the self-proclaimed president of comedy in Africa, does not appear to be serious with his intentions to sign her into Big Tyme Entertainment.

Miss P went on to say that Omondi is not a serious person or else official documents would have been signed and agreements made by now.

“Communication is key, ndio mtaelewana and get to have a clear understanding. After the baby shower events, I tried calling and texting but he did not respond. I have tried even reaching out through his manager but no response,” she said during a Mambo Mseto Interview on Monday.

“I just don’t think he’s a serious person. Ukiwa na intention ya kufanya kitu, you take initiative. Na in this case, tungeketi chini na lawyers tu-discuss hizi vitu, tu-sign documents na kazi ianze kufanywa.”

Miss P is nonetheless appreciative of the role the comedian played in debuting her ‘Baby shower’ music video.

According to the singer, Omondi catered for all the costs associated with the video.

“Kila kitu Eric Omondi alisimamia mwenyewe. Which is why I’m still very grateful for what he did, kusimamia msanii kila kitu it takes a lot,” she said.

Miss P is now working under Jabali Entertainment, but she maintains that nothing committal has been signed between them as of yet.

“I haven’t signed anything yet, we’re still in discussion,” said Miss P.

She was previously signed to Willy Paul’s Saldido Records before moving on to Eric Omondi’s entertainment outfit.
