Gospel singer Nicah The Queen hits back at ex-husband Dr. Ofweneke after tell-all interview

Gospel singer Nicah The Queen has responded to her ex-husband Dr. Ofweneke after the latter did an interview opening up on what led to the crumbling of their marriage.

In the interview, Ofweneke said that at some point the marriage wasn’t working for him and that he casually ended it all by telling his wife that 'it has been a good stretch'. 

His sentiments, however, seem to have rubbed Nicah the wrong way as she wasted no time taking to the internet to blast her ex-husband and trash his version of events. 

On Instagram, Nicah penned a rather raspy reply to her ex-husband, saying, “Oh boy! Don’t get me started! We both know I don’t get dumped…I do the dumping! It's crazy what people tell themselves to feel better!"

While also tagging Obinna, the interviewer who spoke to Ofweneke, she also asked him to interview her as well, as she was ready to spill the beans. 

“Someone tell Dr. Ofweneke to not dare me!! I have receipts! we both know the truth! *sips tea*! think my second name should be “an ex one can never forget!” I’m a stamp baby! @ogaobinna I think we should have a sit-down!" she said.

In the candid sit-down, Ofweneke spoke lovingly about Nicah but also noted that he ignored the foundation of their relationship and tried to change her into what he wanted her to be. 

He also admitted that he made mistakes in the marriage and has learned from them.

Back in April, Nicah the Queen hit back at the comedian after he stated that he cannot be the Master of Ceremony (MC) at her wedding.

"Someone ask Dr Ofweneke kwani hapendi kazi yake? Wee leta rate card wacha siasa ukuje utuchezeshe mimi na Slahver urudi kwa bibi yako jioni!" Nicah wrote.

Nicah is currently dating popular disc jokey DJ Slahver and the two are already working on their wedding.
