FKF, Machakos County Gov't sign deal to set up National Football Technical Centre

Football Kenya Federation and the Machakos County Government on Monday signed a deal that will see the entities work together to set up the National Football Technical Centre in Machakos.
The Centre will comprise of three international standard
football pitches, offices and accommodation facilities.
The facility, which is meant for training coaches, referees and young footballers, will cost Sh 4.5 million dollars, FKF President Nick Mwendwa said.
Machakos Governor Wavinya Ndeti on her part said her
administration had leased out 20 acres of land to FIFA, for the project.
She said the facility will boost the county's agenda of identifying, nurturing and developing sporting talents.
