Court clears auction of Tuju’s Dari Business Park, temporarily halts sale of Entim Sidai property

The High Court has allowed the planned auction of former Cabinet Secretary Raphael Tuju’s Dari Business Park to proceed, while temporarily stopping the sale of the Entim Sidai property pending the hearing and determination of the case.
In a ruling delivered on Wednesday, the court issued stay orders restraining the auction of Entim Sidai until the matter is fully determined, but declined to grant similar orders for Dari Business Park.
The court also directed Tuju to deposit Ksh.50 million within 30 days as security.
The judge warned that if Tuju fails to comply within the stipulated period, the stay orders protecting the Entim Sidai property from auction would automatically lapse.
