CFAO Mobility Kenya launches Toyota’s first-ever fully electric vehicle in Kenya, the bZ4x

CFAO Mobility Kenya has officially launched Toyota bZ4X, marking a historic milestone as the renowned automaker's first-ever fully electric vehicle (EV) entering the Kenyan market.

Backed by Toyota's 89-year global legacy and 60 years of driving excellence on the nation's roads, the bZ4X represents a confident step into an electric future without compromising the brand's unwavering promise of Quality, Durability and Reliability (QDR). Toyota proves that the bZ4X is a highly robust, durable vehicle built for the harshest conditions.

The philosophy behind the bZ4X is captured in its name: bZ4x stands for Beyond Zero, 4 -wheel Cross over. This model delivers up to 516 km of range, achieving 0–100 km/h in 5.1 seconds. The vehicle features an All Wheel Drive mode (AWD) and a specialized X-MODE with Grip Control for slippery conditions.  It has an impressive 206mm–212mm ground clearance and 500mm wading depth, making it ideal for both on road and off road conditions. 

It comes with a  rapid 150kW DC fast charging – charging from 10% to 80% in 30 mins.  The vehicle’s battery technology is backed by an industry-leading 8-year / 120,000 KM Battery warranty, ensuring long-term reliability and confidence in your electric drive.
