Budget Report

The national assembly is recommending an increment of 10 billion shillings in the 2014/ 2015 budget estimates. In the budget and appropriations committee report on the revenue and expenditure estimates, the constituency development fund is the biggest beneficiary with a proposed increment of 5 billion shillings, as the state department of planning becomes the biggest loser with a proposed deduction of 3.1 billion shillings.
