African Marketplace (AMP) Dubai will return for its second edition from October 10–12, 2026, bringing together African and Caribbean entrepreneurs, export-ready brands, investors, buyers, and policymakers at the Conrad Hotel Dubai.

The three-day event seeks to strengthen trade links between Africa, the Caribbean and global markets by providing a platform for businesses to showcase products, secure investment opportunities and build international partnerships.

Founded by business leader Ibukun Awosika, AMP is designed to spotlight innovative brands and enterprises across sectors including fashion, furniture, art, cuisine, technology, wellness, music and intellectual property.

The 2026 edition follows the inaugural event held in 2025, which organisers described as a proof of concept for creating a global marketplace where African and Caribbean businesses can engage directly with international buyers and investors.

Awosika said the upcoming edition would build on the foundation established in 2025 by expanding the platform’s scale and increasing its commercial focus.

“Dubai showed the world excellence in full expression rather than untapped potential,” Awosika said, adding that the 2026 edition would demonstrate that Africa and the Caribbean are ready to compete and create opportunities on the global stage.

Organisers said the event will offer exhibitors access to global buyers, investment networks, media exposure and opportunities to develop partnerships beyond traditional markets.

The 2026 edition will also expand its focus on Caribbean participation, creating new trade opportunities for businesses from both regions seeking international markets.

Beyond exhibitions, AMP Dubai will feature business networking sessions, investment discussions, cultural showcases and strategic partnerships aimed at connecting entrepreneurs with potential collaborators and investors.

Exhibitor registration for African Marketplace Dubai 2026 is currently open, with businesses and partners invited to participate in the three-day trade and cultural showcase.
