20-year-old man dies by suicide in Marsabit

A 20-year-old man has died by suicide in Mlima Mitatu, located in Saku Constituency, Marsabit County.
Confirming the incident, Jirime Chief Enock Kalo identified the deceased as Liban
Galgallo.
Kalo said the young man hanged himself with a rope on the outskirts of Marsabit town under unclear circumstances.
The body has been moved to the Marsabit County Referral Hospital mortuary.
The chief has urged young people to stay away from drug and substance abuse, with preliminary investigations indicating that the deceased abused drugs.
