Mutoka, Ambani pledges for AFC Leopards family

Leopards Chairman candidates Boniface Ambani and Enos Mutoka will unveil their
campaign manifestos Thursday evening ahead of the club’s Sunday elections.
The two
who have invested in intense campaigns to lure members to vote them, promising to
return the glory days back to the den.
Leopards’
former player and coach Ambani will unveil his manifesto from 4:00pm at KCB
Towers-Simba Auditorium, Upper Hill - Nairobi while former marketing director
at the club, Mutoka, does his from 3:00pm at Diamond Plaza.
Ambani’s
slogan is ‘guard the badge, believe in the vision’ while Mutoka’s one is ‘redefining
the future of AFC Leopards’.
Ingwe
finished sixth in the just concluded Kenyan Premier League (FKF-PL) with 51
points, 14 points behind champions Kenya Police.
They
have stretched to 27 years without a league title with their last successful
season in the league being 1998, after
finishing on top ahead of the defunct Mumias Sugar FC.
Ambani
and Mutoka expect to succeed the outgoing Chairman Dan Shikanda who has served
two terms of cumulative six years.
