The team that comprises of 10 players; six men and four women are among the last batch of players scheduled to depart on August 22.
The squad includes; John Omondi (87kgs) and Kennedy Koech (60kgs) in Greco-Roman style.
Africa bronze medallist Mathayo Maabila (65kgs) who has already qualified for the World Championships to be held in Kazakhstan in September will compete in Freestyle category.

According to team manager Eric Walucho, the squad is ready for the championships having retreated to training shortly after the African Wrestling Championships held in Tunisia in March.
“In this game you don’t prepare in the last hour, you must be ready long before the tournament and thus we are only polishing our arsenal before we travel,” added Walucho.
The Wrestlers will be looking to add a gold medal to the two bronze medals they harvested in the 2015 Games held in Brazzaville, Congo.
The duo of Hollis Ochieng (130kgs) and Sammy Nyongesa (75kgs) bagged the two medals in Greco-Roman style as Kenya was ranked 10th of 13 nations that competed in the event.
“Our only aim in Morocco is to win medals since we will be up against the same players, we met at the Africa Championships in Tunisia,” said Walucho.
The team is among the last group to leave for Morocco with other teams like Boxing and Beach Volleyball having already arrived in Rabat.
In the last African Games, Kenya bagged 32 medals; six gold, nine silver and 17 bronze.
