Two killed in Tsavo East National Park plane crash

Two people were killed in an airplane crash near Konearea on the Tiva River in Tsavo East National Park on Thursday morning.
According to the Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS), the plane, a fixed-wing aircraft belonging to the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust (DSWT), crashed at 7:15 a.m. while on patrol in the park's north-eastern boundary, killing all of its occupants.
Meanwhile, KWS and DSWT teams have arrived on the scene to investigate the cause of the crash.
