Senator ditches Jubilee for Mutua’s Chap Chap

Maendeleo Chap Chap (MCC) party, under the leadership of Machakos Governor, Dr Alfred Mutua, has received yet another defector from Jubilee Party.

Nominated Senator, Emma Mbura, who will be contesting for the Rabai Parliamentary seat which is currently being held by ODM’s William Kamoti, was received to MCC party by Dr Mutua, who urged the electorate to audit the development track record for those seeking elective posts.

“Serving leaders seeking re-election should avail score cards to show what they have done while in power,” said Mutua.

Dr Mutua said that  his party will offer transformative leadership which will improve the lives of the  people saying that Kenyans were tired of the false promises by those seeking elective posts.

He noted that the defection by Mbura is among others by leaders which has made MCC the largest single party in the country not in a coalition made up of many parties.
