The programme will equip teachers' counselors from four regions in the country with skills so that they can continue empowering students with knowledge and motivation.

Schools in Nairobi, Eldoret, Kisumu and Mombasa with well established guidance and counseling departments will benefit.

The two organizations had organized for a seminar with teachers drawn from over 100 secondary schools in Aberdare region to put up strategic plans for the project.

Happy Science Director Kaz Takegawa said they are partnering with other publishing companies across the continent to empower young people with knowledge and motivation skills.

Kagumo High School teacher counselor Mr Kagochi Koira lauded the two organizations for the sensitization program.

“We will continue giving counseling to our students so that they can be more focused and destined towards success. They will have unshakable mind sets because nowadays our young generation is influenced by peer pressure that derails them from their normal course,” said Mr Koira.
