Kidero Wants ODM Polls Postponed

With just about two weeks to go before ODM delegates converge in Kasarani to elect their party leaders, there are calls for the postponement of the elections in the face of fierce internal rivalry. Nairobi governor Evans Kidero has petitioned party leader Raila Odinga to call off the polls and embark on reconciling leaders before going for an internal contest. Meanwhile candidates vying for various positions in the party traversed counties, with calls for friendly campaigns to avoid wrecking the party.
