House Committee Vets Interior CS Nominee Nkaissery

The fate of Interior Ministry Cabinet Secretary nominee Joseph Nkaisery will be known on Wednesday when the National Assembly will debate his vetting report, after he appeared before Parliamentary Appointments Committee to showcase his credentials. The Kajiado Central legislator tried to convince the committee that he is the best candidate for the job boasting of vast experience in the security sector having served in the military for 29 years. He cited corruption, structural command and lack of facilities as the main causes of insecurity in the country.
