Egypt Court Orders Retrial Of 3 Al-Jazeera Journalists

The decision was made during a hearing at a Cairo Court of Appeal

The three journalists are Peter Greste, Mohamed Fahmy and Baher Mohamed.

Defense lawyers said prosecutors acknowledged major problems with the verdict.

A new trial will occur within a month but the three must stay in custody.

The journalists have denied charges levelled against them

They were charged with collaborating with the banned Muslim Brother-Hood after the overthrow of President Mohammed Morsi by the military in 2013.
