Dormitory burnt down at Muvuti Secondary School in Machakos

Property of unknown value was early Saturday morning destroyed after a fierce fire razed a dormitory at Muvuti Secondary School in Machakos County.

The fire started at dawn. The dorm housed 165 Form 2 students.

Muvuti chief Benjamin Ngomoli said no one was injured in the incident.

Police have launched an investigation into the incident which comes barely two weeks after students at the school became riotous.
