The Kenya National Bureau of Statistics (KNBS) reported that the number of unemployed Kenyans grew to 2.97 million. The report showed that this group mainly consists of Kenyans aged between 20 and 24, who fall under the labor force bracket. The number of individuals aged 20 to 24 without jobs grew to 580,281, while those between 25 and 29 increased to 351,125.
