What it takes to be Bahati’s wife, does Lulu Michael meet the qualities the singer has outlined?

After confessing to having a crush on delectable Tanzanian actress Lulu Michael, Kenyan gospel singer Bahati has revealed some of the key qualities he is looking for in a wife.

In a recent interview with Mambo Mseto’s Willy Tuva, Bahati placed on the table the demands that he has for any potential woman who would like to be his life-partner.

For such a feted celebrity, his wish list is surprisingly short. In fact, the Lover singer only has one non-negotiable trait: the love of children – particularly his three adopted kids.

“She should have the same passion, love and heart as me in regarding to the kids that I live with. She should be willing and able to raise kids that are not hers. That’s all I am looking for in that woman,” he revealed.

Bahati admits that it won’t be easy to find a woman who will warmly embrace his adopted children. He is, nonetheless, hopeful.

“I don’t have any Groove Awards trophies in the house as we speak. The kids have broken them up to pieces. But I can’t fume or make a fuss about it. These kids are a blessing to me, and any woman who would be my wife should know how to live with them regardless of their tribal backgrounds,” he said.

Bahati in mid-March confessed he has a crush on award-winning Tanzanian actress Diana Elizabeth Michael ‘Lulu’.

“Nikiweza mpata Lulu Elizabeth Michael nitatulia kabisa. Mtaacha kusikia nikiitwa single boy, Millard Ayo akileta #StoryZaBongo mwambieni nimemtuma apeleke hizi habari kwa Elizabeth Michael. (Translation: If I manage to get Lulu Elizabeth Michael, I will settle down completely. You won’t hear people refer to me as a single boy. When Millard Ayo presents Tanzanian showbiz news, tell him to convey my message to Elizabeth Michael),” said Bahati.

Lulu chose to respond on Instagram with a coy, “Awwwwwww!”
