TikTok platform has been roaring from videos from content creator Dan Wema after gifting a traffic police officer Ksh.5,000 for giving him Ksh.100.

In a 'philanthropy strategy' Wema approaches people, borrowing money for food to get a reaction from them.

If the person approached gives him a little something, he rewards them by giving them as much as Ksh.10,000.

The police officer in the video ended up giving him Ksh.100. Dan then gave the police officer Ksh.5,000, to reward his kindness.

Wema is a content creator who believes humanity is not completely dead, and he tries to prove this through his videos which he posts on his TikTok platform.

He shared how people from his primary school named him Wema, since he loved being generous.

“God’s love and kindness can be shown through other human beings," he said in an interview on Radio Citizen's WaksTikiTaka. “I believe in sharing God’s love through kindness,” he added.

In the interview, he highlights some of the challenges he faces while creating content.

“Content creation is very challenging, I once almost got assaulted for asking for money.  These days I use hidden cameras since other areas might be risky,” he said.

He insisted on the power of confidence and consistency to prosper in this new means of making ends meet.

He claimed that he doesn’t give because he has too much, but because he knows how it feels like to have nothing.
