Fairmont Hotels & Resorts have reopened
the Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club after a COVID-19 induced closure in 2020.
Accor Kenya and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts
Country General Manager Mehdi Morad says the two-year hiatus has allowed for
the establishment’s reinvention including new products and services.
“We are looking forward to re-establishing
the Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club as the place to-be for relaxation,
entertainment, fairytale private events, seminars and participation in
conservation projects,” he said.
The facility is the third to re-open for the
Group after the Fairmont Mara Safari Club and Fairmont the Norfolk in Nairobi.
The establishment at the foot of the Mount
Kenya slopes comprises 100 rooms and suites including cottages and villas and
is located within the Mount Kenya Wildlife Conservancy.
