Xiaomi Kenya launches ‘JiUpgrade Bila Stress’ Lipa Pole Pole campaign for Redmi phones

In a statement on Monday, Xiaomi said the campaign is aimed at reducing the burden of large upfront payments by allowing buyers to pay low deposits and clear the balance through daily instalments.

Under the offer, customers will get savings of up to Ksh1,500 on the Redmi Note 15, with a 15 per cent deposit and daily instalment plans depending on the variant.

The 8GB+256GB option requires a deposit of Ksh5,100 with daily payments from Ksh160, while the 6GB+128GB variant requires a deposit of Ksh4,500 with daily payments from Ksh145.

The company said buyers can also save up to Ksh2,200 on the Redmi Note 15 Pro, with a 15 per cent deposit across two variants.

For the 8GB+256GB option, customers will pay a deposit of Ksh6,400 with daily instalments from Ksh195, while the 12GB+512GB option requires a deposit of Ksh8,000 with daily payments from Ksh240.

Xiaomi said the campaign also includes the Redmi 15C, with savings of up to Ksh1,000 across multiple storage variants, with deposits starting from Ksh2,700 and daily payments from Ksh85.

Customers can also upgrade to the Redmi A7 Pro, which comes with savings of up to Ksh700, with deposits starting from Ksh2,200 and daily payments from Ksh70, Xiaomi said.

In addition, Xiaomi said it has introduced a Lipa Pole Pole combo offer for selected Redmi smartphones with minimum deposits starting from Ksh2,200.

The company said devices bought under the campaign come with a 24+1 months warranty and the offer will run for a limited time at participating Xiaomi stores and authorised dealers nationwide.
