The MD spoke on Citizen TV’s 'The Explainer' show on Tuesday, responding to a past viral image of himself, the president and three others posing at Lake Nakuru during a school trip.
When asked about the validity of the image, he first joked that; "Actually, it could be my twin brother,” before agreeing that, "I am the one. Maybe the year 1989 or 1990 in Lake Nakuru," he stated.
Eng. Siror went on to say he met the Head of State back in college when the two were ministering God's word.
“We were together in college and we used to preach together and I still preach,” he stated.
Although the Kenya Power boss said he has no specific church to preach at the moment, he affirmed that he still spreads the Gospel during his free time.
“I am a preacher, first and foremost …but don’t tell anybody. When I am free, I will actually come and preach,” Siror explained.
The image had been a subject of debate after it surfaced across the social platforms during his appointment where netizens raised questions over his relationship with President Ruto.
