This commitment was demonstrated during the BMW Owners Club Connect event, which Vivo Energy Kenya hosted in partnership with Inchcape and the BMW Owners Club Kenya.
The event brought together more than 100 automotive enthusiasts, industry stakeholders and BMW owners to explore opportunities within Kenya’s rapidly evolving premium automotive market.
Held at Inchcape Nairobi, the event provided participants with access to personalized vehicle assessments, technical expertise and interactive discussions focused on vehicle maintenance, performance optimization and emerging trends in the premium motoring segment.
Attendees gained insights into the role of quality fuels and lubricants in improving fuel efficiency, protecting engines and enhancing the overall driving experience.
The sessions underscored the growing demand among motorists for products and services that deliver reliability, performance and long-term value.
Speaking during the event, Vivo Energy Kenya Technical Manager Oscar Mbala said motorists are increasingly seeking solutions that support engine health while maximizing vehicle performance.
“Motorists are increasingly prioritizing performance.
"They want solutions that offer the most value and long-term engine protection,” said Mbala.
He noted that advanced fuel and lubricant technologies can help motorists improve efficiency, maintain engine health and enjoy a more reliable driving experience.
The event also featured technical discussions, vehicle showcases and networking opportunities, creating a platform for collaboration among stakeholders committed to advancing Kenya’s premium automotive ecosystem.
As part of Vivo Energy Kenya’s broader stakeholder engagement strategy, the initiative highlighted the importance of helping motorists protect their investments through smarter maintenance practices and access to high-quality automotive products and services.
Participants emphasized the need for stronger partnerships across the automotive value chain to deliver greater value for customers while supporting innovation, skills development and higher service standards within the industry.
Inchcape and the BMW Owners Club Kenya described the collaboration as an important step towards shaping Kenya’s premium motoring culture by bringing together organizations and enthusiasts who share a passion for driving excellence.
BMW Owners Club Kenya committee member Christian Kisutsa said the initiative provides an opportunity for enthusiasts to connect, learn and share experiences while strengthening the local BMW community.
