The Embu governor was speaking at Ngong Racecourse on Tuesday during the signing of Kenya Kwanza coalition agreement.

In February, Wambora had accompanied President Uhuru Kenyatta at the official launch of the Universal Healthcare Coverage (UHC) in Mombasa.

The CoG chairman stirred a light moment when he pretended to read his speech only to shortly turn around and admit that he was actually reciting a few lines he had crammed since had forgotten his speech in Health Cabinet Secretary Mutahi Kagwe’s car.
