VIDEO: Governor Joho yet to surrender guns, licenses

The deadline to Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho to return his firearms licences has expired and the governor is yet to comply with the order.

Police now say Joho risks arrest and charges relating to illegal possession of firearms as well as defying lawful order to surrender a gun license.

ODM has accused the government of using the matter to mask corruption scandals.
