Former President Uhuru Kenyatta is scheduled to meet about 10,000 Jubilee party Kiambu County delegates today, Monday May 18 at Kiambu Golf club.

The ex-president is scheduled to host the meeting alongside Deputy Party leader Fred Matiang'i who is also the party's presidential candidate in the upcoming 2027 General Election.

The duo will be flanked by party Secretary General Moitalel Ole Kenta and other officials.

The party has intimated that the meeting is set to "address important national matters".

Matiang'i has been at the forefront of censuring President William Ruto's administration, vowing to make significant reforms in the nation if he clinches the presidency in the next election cycle.

The former Interior Cabinet Secretary repeatedly dispelled reports that there are divisions in the United Opposition political camp, assuring that the political dons in the faction are working unanimously.
